What is the Library of Medusa?
A way through the woods for nonhuman, alterhuman, otherkin, holothere, therianthropes,
and all other-than-human identities. The Library of Medusa is a shadow library that
seeks to provide a comprehensive history of our communities, curated by members of our community.
The Library is also dedicated to the furthering of positive research and community projects.

Nonhuman News
In 2024, the term Holothere has come into popular use. Originally coined by Oynon
in February, who hosts inital definitions and information are hosted here.
In September, Sophie released a post describing
its designs for the Holothere flag, symbology, and their associated meanings
Since this original post, we have seen the increase in discussion around physical nonhumanity, as well as
popular adoption of fox's symbology in the sun-del (☉∇)
